By creating an account on the DOHSH Platform ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not create an account or use the Platform.
2. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account details current.
Password Sharing Policy : Liability Notice
Your login credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared with any other person. If you share, disclose, or otherwise allow any third party access to your password, DOHSH Botswana accepts no liability whatsoever for any resulting loss, unauthorised access, data breach, regulatory consequence, or other harm. You assume full personal and legal responsibility for all actions taken under your account in such circumstances.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Botswana's Occupational Health and Safety regulations. You must not upload false safety data, impersonate another user, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
4. Certificates & Compliance Records
Certificates, audit reports, and compliance records generated by the Platform are based on information you provide. DOHSH Botswana is not responsible for inaccuracies arising from false or incomplete submissions.
5. Data & Privacy
Your personal and organisational data is processed in accordance with Botswana's Data Protection Act and our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your data to third parties. Safety records may be shared with regulatory bodies as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, templates, reports, and platform software are the intellectual property of DOHSH Botswana (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
7. Termination
DOHSH may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct harmful to the Platform or its users.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.
9. Changes to Terms
DOHSH reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
